Terms and Conditions for Affiliate Promotions

A New Mode, Inc. and its associated products do not allow affiliate promotion of the following kinds:

• Product name keyword bidding, such as: He's Not That Complicated (or any title variations designed to capture lead traffic)
• Product review webpages of any kind
• Pages that iframe any of salespage content
• Pages that bypass official sales pages and link directly into the shopping cart

These forms of promotion capitalize on "sniping" leads sourced from other affiliates and diminish the reward for the original affiliate who provided the lead in the first place.

Affiliates caught participating in these practices will be blacklisted from collecting commission on any sales.
